About the function
As a caretaker, together with other colleagues, you perform the daily tasks related to the management of the accommodations of Tot Uw Dienst B.V. where our temporary workers are housed. You carry out inspections of the accommodation and communal areas to check safety and technical aspects. You will also carry out various maintenance tasks and minor repairs. As a caretaker, you fulfil an important role for the temporary workers, you are visible where necessary and set an example and are an important link between the residents and the office.
Furthermore, you will:
- Assist in housing temporary staff in the homes.
- Solve malfunctions (where necessary / as required).
- Taking preventive measures to avoid disruptions, damage and breakdowns.
- Performing periodic inspections.
- Managing the warehouse / issuing goods.
- You will be responsible for our fleet of vehicles.
- Perform administrative tasks.

What we need
- Technical skills.

- Considerate.
- Social, genuinely interested in others and able to communicate well in Polish, Dutch and English, German is a plus.
- In possession of a driving licence.
- Very flexible working hours and days, weekend work is also part of the package.
