About the function
Do you already have experience as an intermediary or would you like to gain experience in the world of staffing and recruitment?
If you enjoy working with people and do not avoid a challenge, this is a great opportunity for you.
We are looking for a driven team member who is ready to develop themselves where commercial skills are essential.

What we need
- Commercial drive and positive mentality you have in your grasp. No experience no > problem, we will teach you the rest!
- A good knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing, Polish or another language is a plus.
- You enjoy being in contact with people, you are a good listener and empathise.
- You are very flexible, the days with us often go differently than planned.
- Setting priorities and achieving goals are very important to you.
- You dare to make decisions and you are a real team player.
- You have experience with various programmes, including RecruitNow and Plan4Flex. If you have no experience but learn quickly, this is a bonus.
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours.
- Possession of a driving licence is a plus.
