About the function

As Team Leader Inbound & Inventory, you are responsible for the entire process of incoming goods and accurate inventory management. You lead a team on the warehouse floor, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely. You collaborate closely with other team leaders and departments to continuously improve logistics performance.

You are visible on the floor, think proactively about improvements, and know how to motivate your team to achieve the best possible results together.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the inbound team (receiving, checking, storing, returns, rework)
  • Ensuring accurate inventory administration (cycle counts, audits, corrections)
  • Planning capacity (own staff and temporary workers)
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in deliveries and stock
  • Contributing to process improvements, work instructions, and system use (SAP)
  • Collaborating with colleagues from planning, production, and outbound departments
  • Ensuring safety and order on the warehouse floor

What we need

  • MBO (vocational) level of education or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics position
  • Experience in supervising a warehouse team
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems (preferably SAP)
  • Good command of English (Dutch or Polish is an advantage)
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset and confident personality
