We think it's so normal these days, talking through a screen, and then we also think that we've gotten to know each other well...

I continue to find it an annoying way of communicating, distant and impersonal, but yes... sometimes you can't avoid it. We try to prevent it, we want to come into contact with people, really look each other in the eye. Sometimes talking about nothing, being interested in peripheral issues, matters that are not directly related to work and figures, isn't it wonderful? That is a pleasant form of relationship management, we love it!
